Tonight’s Manxman sailings to Heysham and back have been cancelled due to the weather.
While the worst of the weather has passed the island, it is still battering the North West.
The latest forecast for overnight in Lancashire has gusts of over 40mph around Heysham.
The Steam Packet said: “If you have a registered account on our website then you can log on and amend your booking online, alternatively you can contact our reservations team on 01624 661661 or 08722 992 992 to make alternative arrangements.”
The afternoon’s Manannan sailing did go ahead and she is due in Liverpool around 7pm, leaving Merseyside to come back to Douglast at around 8:30pm.
