A number of glens across the Isle of Man have been reopened following damage sustained in Storm Éowyn.
Teams from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture are working hard to reopen these popular venues.
Here is the latest status report for the Manx National Glens:
- Ballaglass Glen: Open
- Ballure Walk: Final inspections pending
- Bishopscourt: Open with restricted access at top end of Glen
- Bradda Glen and Headland: Open
- Colby Glen Lower entrance: Closed. Top Entrance: open with access to Public Right of Way to the north
- Dhoon Glen Upper Glen: Open but closed from Dhoon Loop Rd. No access to Beach
- Elfin Glen and Lhergy Frissel: Final inspections pending
- Glen Helen: Closed
- Glen Maye: Open
- Glen Mooar: Closed. Spooyt Vane waterfall accessible via top entrance Ballaleigh Rd
- Glen Wyllin: Open
- Groudle Glen: Some restrictions. No access to the viaduct from the Whitebridge Road
- Laxey Glen: Open
- Molly Quirk’s Glen and Bibabloe Walk: Closed
- Port Soderick Glen: Open
- Silverdale Glen Upper Glen: Open
- Silverdale Lower Glen: Closed
- Tholt-y-Will Glen: Closed.
