The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company is reaching out to Manx residents by with an online survey to gather views on the company’s services and sailings.
This survey is designed to “collect valuable feedback” from the community regarding various aspects of the Steam Packet Company.
Your voice is sought on: Operations, including service quality, customer satisfaction with the current services, the reliability of sailings, customer service, and overall travel experience.
Opinions will also be gathered on the convenience and adequacy of the current sailing times and routes, and what residents would like to see in terms of future developments.

The feedback will assist with developing a strategy that supports the long-term sustainability of the company to contribute to the island’s economic and social well-being.
The survey is only open for one week and will close on Monday, September 2.
