The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has unfortunately cancelled today’s daytime sailings to and from Heysham.
The company had originally brought foward this morning’s crossing to 08:00hrs in the hope of sailing, however an update by the Master has been issued in which the 08:00 and 14:15hrs sailings have been cancelled.
The company say this is due to adverse weather in the North Irish Sea.
The latest shipping forecast states winds will increase 6 or 7 through the morning with the state of the sea moderate or rough.
This evening’s 20:00hrs sailing remains unaffected.
