While browsing through the local property market dreaming of where to spend our EuroMillions wins, we realised there are still three iconic Manx pubs still on the market.
So we thought, as a way to combat dry January, this would be an idea time to take a look at the pubs you could be serving up in.
The Marine
First up is one of Peel’s iconic pubs, available for £899,950 the popular free house/restaurant comes six upper floor flats.
Serving up home style food and forming a key part of the legendary Peel night out, The Marine has been available for little while.
Originally built around 1890 by ‘the Diamond King’ Joseph Mylchreest, the pub has been owned by the Faragher family for over 100 years.

The Viking
Heading down south to the ancient capital, The Viking, situated by Castletown’s railway station, is on the market for £975,000.
Boasting a sweet ground floor bar and dining room serving quality food, it also has living quarters upstairs and three more double bedrooms and a family bathroom above that, it’s a big opportunity for whoever takes the helm.
Not only that, with the new developments in the town, customers literally are on the doorstep.

The Albert
In Douglas, one of the historic pubs is available right in the heart of the city.
The Albert, one of the island’s longest running free houses, could be yours for £950,000.
First licensed in 1862, The Albert has had various names over the years and boasts two bar areas and lounges, plus accommodation upstairs.
A big favourite throughout the week, especially for karaoke on Friday nights, even the cellars are historic, with them believed to be some of the oldest surviving manmade structures in Douglas.
