Ballaugh Parish Commissioners looks set for another by-election after just three candidates came forward for the local authority election.
The three men have been elected unopposed.
They are: Steven Curphey, Stephen Smith and Paul Weatherall.
Elections will take place in other areas on the island on Thursday April 24.
