A spell of quite heavy rain will arrive this morning and could cause further surface water flooding in prone locations.
This rain then clears for a time in the afternoon, but there is a risk of further outbreaks of rain developing in the evening.
The fresh southerly wind strengthens as the rain arrives and will feel quite gusty in exposed areas.
Coastal overtopping and inner harbour flooding will occur a couple of hours either side of high tide (1:30pm).
Dry and bright for most of tomorrow, but a band of rain will arrive in the evening, clearing overnight into Friday. Moderate or fresh southwest winds with temperatures rising to 14°C in the afternoon.
