The public preliminary meeting to establish the timetable and examination process for the Mooir Vannin Offshore Windfarm application will now be held in March
This follows Tynwald’s approval last week of an Order permitting the Council of Ministers to alter the original date of Monday January 19 to Tuesday March 3.
The meeting, conducted by the project’s Examining Body, will allow members of the public to make representations regarding how the application for consent should be examined.
Members of the public at the meeting can make representations to the Examining Body about how an application for consent should be examined and discuss any other matters the Examining Body wishes.
Further details, including the agenda and the examiners’ initial assessment of principal issues, will be circulated in a formal notice.
