There were some good results from English Indoor Walks Championships in Sheffield on Sunday.
Tim Perry, Amy Surgeon and Sienna Curphey all represented the island brilliant at the Championships.
There were lots of Irish juniors which boosted the fields and made for some really competitive racing.
Young Race Walkers
Tim Perry (Northern AC) was first in the U15 Boys 1000 metres with an unofficial time 4:39 (pb).
Amy Surgeon (Manx Harriers) was third in the U17 Girls 3000 metres with an unofficial time 18:34 (pb).
Sienna Curphey (Northern AC) competed in the U13 Girls 1000 metres – time and position to be confirmed, but an excellent off-Island debut.
