Hospice Isle of Man has issued an urgent appeal after a valuable 18kt gold bangle was stolen from its Strand Street Boutique.
The charity said it was “heartbroken” by the theft, as the item, valued at over £900, had been donated to help raise funds for its work.
In a post on Facebook, Hospice said: “We are urgently appealing to the public and local jewellers to help us recover this precious item.
“If you see a bangle matching this description for sale, whether online or in person, or if you’re in the business of buying scrap gold, please be vigilant.
“This bangle was intended to support Hospice’s essential services, and its return is incredibly important to us.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Police.
