The Isle of Man Constabulary are aware of a video circulating social media where a group of teens are setting off fireworks close to each other. The Constabulary are carrying out an investigation into the matter.
Although in the early stages of the investigation, it said should it identify any offences and any formal complaint is made then we will look to take action.
No arrests have been made at this time.
