WATCH: Ice causes multi vehicle pile up in Douglas

Multiple vehicles were involved as they lost control on Stoney Road at the junction with Bray Hill

Slippery conditions caused a multi vehicle pile up at the bottom of Stoney Road in Douglas.

Posts on Facebook showed vehicle after vehicle skidding on the ice and colliding with walls and other vehicles.

Video montage: The sound has been removed.

Conditions across the Island lead to a number of roads being closed.
