A 20-year-old woman has denied being concerned in the production of drugs to the island.
Keeley Henderson, of Dawley, Telford, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse on Thursday.
It is alleged she was involved in the production of 499.7g of ketamine, 328.8g of cocaine, 27.7g of MDMA crystal and 100 MDMA tablets to the island on June 18.
Miss Henderson denies all four charges.
No bail application was made and she will be held on remand at the Isle of Man Prison until her committal to the Court of General Gaol Delivery on August 29.
