Members of the Manx Tri Club delivered a series of standout performances across major triathlon events over the weekend, claiming age-group victories, top-10 finishes, and personal milestones.
At the Outlaw Middle Distance Triathlon, toxic algae forced organizers to cancel the swim segment, converting the race into a run-bike-run duathlon that kicked off with an initial 2.7-mile run.
Carly Craig produced an outstanding performance to claim 1st place in her age group, finishing top out of 34 women. Clubmate Colette Kerruish also delivered a strong performance in the same field, finishing 7th out of 34 in her age group.
Grueling Course
In the Outlaw Full Distance event, which was similarly modified to a duathlon due to the swim cancellation, John Halligan demonstrated remarkable endurance. Tackling the full-distance race, he completed the grueling course in 11:11:00 to secure 17th place in his age group (40–44).
Meanwhile, in London, Neil Kelly represented the club at the prestigious London T100 100km Triathlon. Crossing the line in an impressive 4:16:54, Neil earned a superb 7th place finish out of 117 competitors in his age group (N45–49).
