The Isle of Man Post Office has restored access to its main website following an update to the site’s layout and feature navigation.
The refreshed site at www.iompost.com reorganises ‘several core digital tools’ onto the primary landing page. Key functions now highlighted on the front page include online postage purchasing, item tracking, foreign currency ordering, local branch locators, and the island’s postcode finder.
Postal officials stated that the main objective of the redesign was to consolidate online services into a simpler layout, reducing the number of steps required for users to check deliveries or prepare shipments.
The postal service acknowledged the period of downtime required for the transition and thanked customers for their patience while the site was offline.
Temporary Outage Scheduled for Nov. 4
A brief interruption to online operations is planned for tomorrow morning while further technical updates are applied:
- Timing: Wednesday, 4 November 2026, from 07:50 AM to 08:05 AM
- Affected Service: The Online Postage tool will be temporarily unavailable during this 15-minute window before normal service resumes.
