After over 22 years of service at Laxey Fire Station, firefighter Clio Swales has hung up her firefighting boots.
Clio holds the distinction of being the longest-serving female firefighter in the history of the Isle of Man Fire & Rescue Service.
Throughout her career, she has made a tremendous impact, playing a pivotal role in championing and inspiring female firefighters within the island’s community.
The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service extend its heartfelt thanks to Clio for her unwavering dedication and service.
It wishes her all the very best in her future endeavours.
