Local Menstrual Health and Feminine Embodiment Coach, Emily Todd is offering free 30-minute one-to-one consultations next week.
The sessions on May 18 are in support of Menstrual Health Awareness Month.
The Menstrual Wellness Drop-In Day runs from 2pm to 6pm and provides a safe, supportive space for women and teens to talk openly about their cycle-related health and wellbeing.

“Too many women feel like they’re just supposed to put up with symptoms or feel ignored when they seek help,” says Emily.
“This event is about changing that, offering real, non-judgmental support, education, and the chance to be truly heard.”
Attendees will leave with practical next steps, whether that’s self-care and regulation practices, follow-up coaching, or referrals to other support services.
Booking is required for the drop in day, and can be made here, or by contacting Emily at femmiom@gmail.com for further enquiries.
