Liam Parker and Dawn Atherton were both victorious in the fourth round of the Northern AC Winter Series 5km race in Ramsey.
Liam has had no fewer than five second-place finishes in this event, but finally achieved his first win this evening in a time of 17:09.
Matt Callister was second 35 seconds down, and third was David Garrood.
Dawn had a good battle with Katherine Cubbon on the first two laps before edging away on the final circuit to win by 10 seconds in a time of 19:06, with Joanne Schade third.
The one-lap winner was Colin Crooks.
