Zoee Limited has submitted plans for longer opening hours at its planned Castletown restaurant.
The company is seeking to open an Indian restaurant at 13 Malew Street, formerly Victoria Grill.
The application says the company wants to extend permission to open the restaurant up until midnight, from its current 9pm limit.
It points out that that approval has already been granted to other food businesses in the surrounding area.
