Douglas Council looks set on introducing new a new light display for the capital.
The executive committee has approved spending £7,750 on projection discs for the longer display.
Of that £7,759, £4,500 will be spent on keeping the lights up with the rest being spent on the purchase of 13 non-Christmas themed ‘gobo discs’.
The Council’s agenda says it would plan to run the new lighting set up through Christmas and into February.
