Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse opens proceedings with a starred question to DEFA on how much the Government has earned from plantation timber sales over the past three years.
Unstarred questions then move across departments, including Mr Moorhouse asking Treasury what support exists to upgrade historic buildings and how housing needs can be balanced with preserving built heritage.
DEFA Minister Clare Barber faces a series of detailed questions from Glenfaba and Peel MHK Kate Lord‑Brennan on the Department’s powers over planning appeals, the delegation of appeal functions in recent Manx Telecom telegraph‑pole cases, and why appellants have been advised to pursue petitions of doleance.
She will also be asked about the rate of progress on registering protected buildings in the South.
Bills
Two Bills return for Third Reading, the National Health Service Reform Bill 2026 and the Verification of Entity Registration Bill 2026, before Members move to clause consideration of the Rating and Valuation (Amendment) Bill 2026.
Douglas East MHK Clare Barber will then bring a motion calling for all House of Keys votes to be recorded electronically and published online in an accessible format.
The sitting will conclude with a personal statement from Douglas South MHK Claire Christian on funding for the Eastern Ambulance Station.
