The accounts show that onshore feasibility work led by Manx Utilities accounted for the majority of expenditure, while offshore spending covered analytical support and specialist advisory services linked to the Island’s long‑term energy strategy.
The combined £4.18 million total reflects ongoing preparatory work as the Isle of Man continues to assess wind power as a future renewable generation option.
