Weather wise we are in for a dry bank holiday weekend – but I don’t want that to be taken in the same way as dry January.
It’s basically the epitome of British/Manx culture, if not an unwritten law, for one to indulge in many an alcoholic beverage on a bank holiday, so I’d expect nothing less from you lot.
Less of the booze talk more of the weather, that’s what you’re here for after all.
Weather
After a cloudy start today sunny intervals will develop later on.
Light winds again, with the top temperature 20°C.
Fine and dry again on Sunday and Monday, with bright or sunny spells and rather warm temperatures.
Basically – no changes in the weather until early next week as we may see a bit of rain come Tuesday.

Into the mystic realms, on August 23 the New Moon occurs in Virgo, prompting a fresh start or clean slate.
This lunation prompts us to begin anew and promises us opportunities to take charge of our lives by organizing, editing, refining work, and paying better attention to health. It’s a fertile and productive time.
We’re experiencing a period with great potential for raised consciousness as Pluto forms a sextile with Saturn-Neptune, which in turn forms a sextile with Uranus.
On August 28, Uranus forms a sextile with Neptune, and this is the first of five in this set.
We’re seeking (and finding) illumination. It’s a time of more openness to alternative ways of living, believing, and expression. We’re receptive to different or unusual experiences and ideas.
