After gales and heavy rain overnight, it’s much the same today really.
The rain will continue through the morning, heavy at times, before clearing in the afternoon to become dry.
You can expect gale or severe gale force southerly winds during the morning with gusts up to 60mph, will then ease to become a strong south-westerly in the afternoon.
A weather warning is in place until the afternoon with the winds potentially causing issues with travel.
