Manx Care has announced that access to the main entrance at Noble’s Hospital has now returned to normal.
Bus Vannin services has also resumed its usual routes.
Access to the hospital car parks remained open this morning after a crash but the main entrance wasn’t accessible.
Manx Care said: “We’d like to thank everyone for their understanding throughout the disruption.”
