The Isle of Man Airport has confirmed that a security incident involving an individual occurred at approximately 2.45pm today.
The matter has since been resolved, however all passengers have had to be re-screened as a precaution.
As a result, some departing flights are expected to experience delays.
In a statement, the airport apologised for the disruption and thanked passengers for their patience.
