Yasmin Ingham has made a strong start to the CCIO4*-S Nations Cup in Boekelo, Netherlands, after finishing the dressage phase in joint third place.
The Manx rider, representing Great Britain aboard Kinda Corvette, posted a dressage score of 26 to sit level with Brazil’s Marcio Carvalho Jorge and Castle Howard Casanova.
Fellow Briton Gemma Stevens and Chilli Morning IV are second after dressage, while Germany’s Julia Krajewski and Ero de Cantraie lead the standings heading into the next phase of competition.
Ingham was named in the British squad alongside Kirsty Chabert, Katie Magee and Stevens, with the team led by Chef d’Equipe Philip Surl.
The competition continues with the cross-country phase tomorrow (October 3) before concluding with showjumping on Sunday (October 4).
