High spring tides are expected to lead to slight to moderate flooding in areas surrounding inner harbours tonight.
The Met Office has issued an amber warning saying it expects moderate overtopping of waves and significant debris.
The warning is in place for two hours of the 1am high tide, basically from 11pm tonight until 3am tomorrow morning.
Areas at risk include Shore Rd, Rushen, Castletown prom, northern end of Douglas prom and to a lesser extent Laxey prom, Ramsey prom and Fenella Beach, Peel.
