This evening’s Ben-my-Chree sailing from Heysham to Douglas has been cancelled.
The Ben is filling in for the Manxman after the flagship was damaged in a crash in Heysham last night.
Passengers have taken to Facebook to say the Ben left Heysham without anyone on board, criticising a lack of information from the company.
The company has now confirmed that the sailing has been cancelled.
It said: “Due to operational reasons this sailing has been cancelled.
“If you have a registered account on our website then you can log on and amend your booking online, alternatively you can contact our reservations team on 01624 661661 or 08722 992 992 to make alternative arrangements.”
A decision on tonight’s sailing to Heysham will be taken by 7pm.
