Police in the south are appealing for information after a car was damaged in Port Erin in an apparent hit and run.
At about 1:15am on Sunday, a dark grey Subaru sustained impact damage after an unknown vehicle collided with it with force.
The Police say the vehicle would have been driving in the area of Ballakilley Close, Port Erin at speed.
If you are aware of any information in order to identify the driver and/or the vehicle you are asked to contact us at Castletown Police Station on 822222 or via Crimestoppers anonymously quoting reference 97/5610/25.
A Police post said: “The vehicle involved would also have sustained damage due to the force of impact so if any garage owners or mechanics see or hear anything please contact us as its people that drive like this and don’t stop to exchange details that make our insurance costs go up each year…”
