St Georges picked up a vital win in their bid to beat the drop as they beat Union Mills 0-2 at Garey Mooar.
Two first half goals from Chris Bass Jnr and Michael Hughes were enough for Geordies to secure their first win since October, only their third all season.
That win leaves Geordies three points between Onchan as the mighty Os slipped to a 3-0 loss away at Rushen.
The Croit Lowey Spaniards scored all three goals in the second half with Steve Riding getting two and Alex Hawley adding a third in the final moments of the game.

Elsewhere in the Canada Life Premier League, Marown’s woes continued as they were beaten 1-2 at home by Ramsey.
Dean from Upfront Footy describe dit as a “scrappy” game which saw goals from Callum Hudgeon and Dylan Pickles seal the points for Ramsey.
Alex McQuarrie had scored a econd-half equaliser giving Marown a glimmer of hope in their desperate fight to stave off relegation, but it wasn’t to be.

With Foxdale v Ayre postponed, the only other game in the flight saw St Mary’s beaten at the Bowl by Laxey 2-4, with Eric Hill scoring a hat trick for the Miners, George Burrows adding the fourth. Both of Mary’s goals came from Mark Wolfenden.
Ardern & Druggan Div Two
Colby’s hopes of a promotion bid suffered a blow on Saturday as they were beaten 1-3 at Station Fields by Douglas Royal, Jordan Cowin and Simon Dooley getting the goals for the Ballaflether side.
Staying down south, Nathan Cardy scored all four as Castletown further dented Old Boys’ title bid. Town won 4-2 with Jacob Stones and Zak Watterson scoring for the Blackberry Lane outfit.
That defeat has inched open the door for RYCOB to nip in to the second promotion spot as they beat Pulrose 6-2. Not 100% on the scorers for either side there.
