Manx popcorn producer PopCornaa has been shortlisted for this year’s Quality Food Awards.
Owner Emily Tse shared the exciting news which comes after it received a silver medal in last year’s awards.
The company’s Seaweed, Wasabi, and Soy popcorn has been shortlisted for the Quality Food Awards in the Vegan Desserts and Snacking category.
It faces stiff competition too, coming up against Scottish baker Crawfords and Jessica Bakes-Well apple pie cookie mix.
Emily said: “After receiving a silver award last year with our Asian Mango gourmet popcorn, we’re thrilled to be in the finals again. Fingers crossed!”
Now in its 45th year, the UK Quality Food Awards are the longest-running awards in the food and drink industry in the UK.
Winners in Emily’s category will be announced in November.
