A new BBC series starring Sean Bean, James Nelson-Joyce and Julie Graham that was partly filmed on the island is now available to watch.
Set and mostly filmed in Liverpool, This City is Ours is the story of Michael, a man who for all of his adult life has been involved in organised crime, working for his friend and the gang leader Ronnie.
Parts of the series were filmed on board the Ben-my-Chree and in the loading area at the Sea Terminal.
The Ben is used to show a boat for the fictional Albaline while the Sea Terminal is made to look like a UK Border search area.
The eight part series began on BBC One last night, but all eight episodes are available now on the iPlayer.
