Port Erin Commissioners says their beach wheelchairs are a “benefit” to the village and have been gratefully received.
The local authority has worked with a local charity to have both an adult and a child size chair installed at the Cosy Nook end of the beach.
Chair Hannah Mackenzie says Port Erin was the first beach to have them installed nearly four years ago.
She adds that they are well used by the community.
