Employers and employees will attend a Chamber of Commerce conference next week about workplace wellbeing.
The Positive Health & Workplace Wellbeing Conference is being organised by the Chamber’s Positive Health and Wellbeing Forum.
The event next Tuesday at the Comis Hotel & Golf Resort will help businesses to create healthy and positive work environments by offering opportunities to learn from industry experts, share experiences, and discover practical strategies to enhance both personal and professional wellbeing.

Panel
Zurich on the Isle of Man will be taking part in two sessions – the first will be led by Karen Mercer (Head of HR) covering generational differences in the workplace, and the second will see Emma Watterson, Propositions Analyst, joining a panel discussion (led by Chamber’s Positive Health & Wellbeing Forum) looking at the how employers can benefit by adapting to changing employee expectations.
Mike Stringer, Rebecca Netten, and Tom Wilson (all from MAC Group) and David Booth (Santé Group) will be leading a session at the conference focusing on the changing landscape of employee benefits and wellbeing.
Jayne Kennell, Chamber’s Positive Health & Wellbeing Forum Lead, said the conference is a “must attend” event for everyone with an interest in workplace health and wellbeing because activities on the day are all designed to help businesses discover practical strategies to create environments that support employees both professionally and personally.
