A young fundraiser has collected £4,400 for Wish Upon a Dream after completing a 100‑mile cycling challenge, despite breaking his arm partway through the effort.
Charlie Marshall’s family publicly thanked the Manx community for the support that helped him reach the final total, saying he “couldn’t have done it without you all”.
The challenge was completed in stages following his injury, and his family said they were “so proud of him” for finishing and raising such a significant amount for the Island charity.
Wish Upon a Dream supports children living with life‑limiting conditions, granting wishes and providing special experiences for families across the Isle of Man.
