The Skin Clinic and Blood Clinic are to relocate back to Martin Ward from Wednesday.
Manx Care had previously said arrangements would be in place until the end of April due to pest issues.
Recent water sampling undertaken at Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital has returned clear results, which follows earlier ventilation system testing issues and a full deep clean of Martin Ward, which was completed on Thursday January 8.
Shaun Stacey, Manx Care’s Interim Director of Operations, said: “We’re pleased to confirm that water sampling results at RDCH are clear, enabling clinic services to safely resume from Wednesday 14 January.
“We’re grateful to our Support Services colleagues for their hard work and teamwork in delivering the deep clean ahead of schedule, and we appreciate the patience of our patients, colleagues, and the wider community.”
