The industrial dispute involving bus vannin drivers has been resolved following a ballot of Unite the Union members.
The agreement secures an improved pay position for drivers and provides a basis for stability going forward.
Both parties have acknowledged the impact the dispute has had and thanked passengers for their patience.
Debbie Halsall, Head of Unite in the Isle of Man, said: “This outcome reflects the strength of feeling from our members and delivers a clear improvement on pay.
“Whilst for some this is a bittersweet moment, it is important this now provides a stable footing to move forward.”
Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall added: “I welcome resolution of the dispute and the opportunities it offers for everyone at bus vannin and the travelling public.”
Services are expected to operate as normal with immediate effect.
