Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall has been asked to clarify the status of the Horse Tramway business case, amid apparent delays and changes to its scope.
The question was tabled by John Wannenburgh and is due for a response by 6 February 2026.
Mr Wannenburgh is seeking confirmation on whether the Horse Tramway business case has been decoupled from the Tramway Terrace project and, if so, the reasons for that decision.
He is also asking why the Horse Tramway business case has been delayed.
