The infrastructure minister says his department is working with Bride Commissioners and the joint committee to resolve the issues with the Northern Civic Amenity Site.
The local authority left at the end of March over financial contributions and said it won’t be paying its contribution of £65,000 to the site.
Tim Crookall believes the best outcome would be for the local authority to rejoin.
He has also confirmed the Department of Infrastructure has no plans to take over the civic amenity site:
