Yasmin Ingham had a successful weekend at Bicton Horse Trials with a second place and a top 10 finish in the international classes.
The Isle of Man Sportswoman of the Year was competing three horses, who all jumped double clears, at the horse trials in Devon this weekend.
Ingham and her new ride for this season Kinda Corvette, owned by the Sue Davies Fund, finished in 2nd place in the CCI3*L behind Olympic medalist Ros Canter.
28-year-old Yasmin and 8-year-old ‘Cory’ didn’t add any penalties in the jumping phases to their dressage score of 27.3.
Busy at Bicton
At the event she also rode the Sue Davies Fund and Janette Chinn’s 9-year-old’s Goliath Du Loir and Gypsie Du Loir in the Nations Cup CCI4*S.
She and Gypsie Du Loir finished in 9th place on a 37.9, just adding 8 time penalties to their dressage score of 29.9.
In the same class, she and Goliath Du Loir finished in 12th place on a score of 41.1 having picked up 10.8 time penalties on the cross country.
