The Island’s former medical director, Dr Rosalind Ranson has spoken to BBC Radio 4 on the impact her employment tribunal has had on her life.
Although she won her claim of unfair dismissal and earlier this year was awarded a payout of £3.2million, she told the BBC that “it’s been the most traumatic thing I’ve been through. At no point has it felt like a success”.
