The Steam Packet is keeping a weather eye on sailings for Sunday and Monday.
Gusts of up to 45 are currently forecast for Monday 60mph for Tuesday.
All the sailings that could be affected are between Douglas and Heysham.
The company said: “We are closely monitoring a developing weather system that could impact services on Monday December 30, and Tuesday December 31.”
“Updates will be provided as forecasts evolve.”
