The Mylchreests Group has announced that company has now formally ceased trading.
The company announced in February that it would closed after 64 years of serving the island.
It cited the “changes in the motor industry” and a “realistic long-term view and plan to readapt accordingly”.
A company statement said: “Mylchreests Motors Ltd has now, sadly, ceased trading.
“We are unable to carry out any further vehicle repairs or supply any parts. Our phone lines are also now closed.
“Any future queries will be answered by email only using mail@mylchreests.com Customers who have purchased retail vehicles from us will have a warranty.
“For RAC warranties, repairs can be carried out at any VAT registered garage, providing that garage is prepared to do so.
“For Jaguar Land Rover warranties, repairs can be carried out at any Jaguar Land Rover retailer or Authorised Service Centre, for further information please contact the JLR Customer Relationship Centre on 08705000500 or clientcare@jaguarlandrover.com for advice on where to arrange warranty repairs.”
