Laxey fire station is hosting an open day from 11am till 2pm today (October 5).
Games, tea, coffee and cakes with your local Firefighters, all in order to provide a fun day out for the community and raise money for a good cause.
Youngsters will also have a chance to have a picture on one of the fire trucks!
Firefighter Recruitment
This will also be an opportunity to ask about recruitment and what it is like to be a firefighter.
Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service is now recruiting for wholetime firefighters at Douglas station and retained at stations over the island.
