The Friday evening TT Contingency road closure is to be used by race organisers.
Gary Thompson, the ACU’s Clerk of the Course for the TT announced that in addition to the Friday daytime closure, the event will be using the evening session as well.
If follows the loss of Tuesday evening’s qualifying session which was abandoned before any bikes made it out on the circuit.
Rain across the course forced the organisers to scrap the session.
Friday’s Road Closures
Mountain Section: 11.15am from Barrule Park, Ramsey (11.30am from Bungalow)
Rest of Course: 12.30pm until not later than 4.30pm
Mountain Section: 4.45pm from Barrule Park, Ramsey (5.00pm from Bungalow)
Rest of Course: 6.00pm until not later than 9.30pm
