Two university students from Australia completed the u21 walk to Peel, finishing joint 14th in the ladies race.
Emma Poznovia and Caitlin Courtie, both 20, finished in Sunset City with a time of 08:42:42.
Caitlin a chemical engineering student, spent her early childhood in Douglas before moving to Perth in 2011 while it was Emma’s first time on the island.
Following this year’s Parish Caitlin is staying on the island for a while with Emma heading off to explore France and London before returning to Australia.
