The government will publish the consultation response on its proposal to withdraw free phone lines by the end of November.
Minister for the Cabinet Office David Ashford previously Tynwald the government wants to remove the provision of free phone calls to some services, including GP practices.
He said: “The Cabinet Office Board has agreed to continue monitoring the impact of freephone line provision over the next twelve months, with a further review scheduled for Autumn 2026.
“In the meantime, the publication of the consultation response will support ongoing engagement and scrutiny by members.”
