Manx Care has banned Dusty the cat from Noble’s Hospital.
Dusty the infamous cat that once accidentally ended up in Devon, has been the subject of an email sent to Manx Care staff.
The email, which is addressed to all staff of Noble’s Hospital, follows a formal complaint from a patient regarding the cat being inside the hospital.
Cat Banned
The complaint included a report that a member of staff had advised the patient that the cat seen on site the “hospital cat.”
Manx Care says that this not correct and Dusty has an owner and home nearby, and is not allowed inside the hospital.
Although Manx Care says it “understands that Dusty brings joy to some”, he is not allowed inside the hospital due to potential health risks.
