The main 2026 season on the Manx Electric Railway has come to an end.
Normal operations on the MER went out in style yesterday (November 1), with a full line parallel run with Cars 19 and 21 taking place on the 4.40pm departure from Ramsey.
Although the main season has come to an end, the MER is operating on several dates during the next two months, to coincide with festive events including Laxey Christmas Fair, at Groudle Glen Railway and Zen at the Glen.
